Accuserv was retained to provide a complete lighting and building controls package for a large automotive consultancy, headquartered in Irving, Texas. While onboarding, Accuserv was informed that the project costs were over budget and took the opportunity to provide solutions. As an architecturally significant buildout, in an architecturally significant shell building, meeting the intent of the owner and architect was paramount. Accuserv’s design and specification team not only built a lighting package that accommodated and reinforced the owner’s aesthetic desire, but also reduced construction costs by over $700,000.00.
